Sena Nur ATASOY

Sena Nur Atasoy holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Istanbul University (2022-2023) and a Master’s in Digital Marketing and Business Transformation from Rome Business School (2023-2024). She completed her undergraduate studies in Political Science and International Relations at Marmara University in 2020.

Her career in the maritime industry began at YASA Ship Management, where she worked as a Human Resources Specialist, overseeing the recruitment process for mechanical engineers. She played a key role in identifying employee motivation and training needs, developing performance evaluation methods, and implementing projects to enhance company loyalty, such as mentoring systems. During her tenure, she also gained hands-on experience with purchasing, operations, and technical departments.

Currently, Sena serves as an HSEQ and Operations Assistant at ESKO Marine Ship Management. In this role, she ensures smooth coordination between vessel crews and manning companies, monitors compliance with international maritime regulations, and assists in procurement processes. She is also responsible for maintaining fleet certifications and ISM reports while optimizing voyage management through route planning, weather analysis, and fuel efficiency strategies.
